Register capital is Weifang Binhai Economic and Development Zone Ecological Marine Chemical Industrial Park. Its register capital is 12 million Yuan. The factory covers over 60 mu. And it is mainly engaged in manufacturing and selling of formaldehyde and paraformaldehyde. There are 90 employees, including, 12 technical managers and 4 safety managers. It is designed with annual production of 200,000 tons of formaldehyde and 20,000 tons of paraformaldehyde. Safety production leading organization is established to responsible for safety management. There is safety production responsibility system, safety management system and post operation instruction.
